1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Items that are used, broken, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
As our products are natural and traditionally prepared (such as cold-pressed oils, native rice, or handcrafted items), slight variations in texture, aroma, or color are normal and not considered defects.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To request a return:
Contact our support team at 📧 support@samaranvanigam.com or WhatsApp/Call 📞 99944 46239 with your order details and reason for return.
Share clear photos or an unboxing video of the product to help us validate your request.
Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, the return shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Samaran Vanigam.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective products.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or an unboxing video.
After verification, we’ll arrange a free replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Used or opened food items

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

• Gift vouchers or special combo offers

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
