Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if requested immediately after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Orders for natural or handcrafted products (like cold-pressed oils, native rice varieties, or traditional handmade items) cannot be cancelled once preparation or dispatch has started. However, if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will gladly review the issue and arrange for a refund or replacement.
Refunds & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery. After inspection and confirmation, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. If the item does not match the description or fails to meet your expectations, please inform us within 7 days — we’ll carefully review your concern and take the necessary action. For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, kindly reach out to the respective brand’s support team for warranty-related services.
