All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
In case of any delays due to unforeseen reasons (such as supply issues, weather, or courier delays), we will inform you via call or email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

We currently offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select areas)

  • Bulk Orders / Large Items: Timelines may vary based on logistics and location

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on weight and delivery location:

  • Tamil Nadu: ₹60 for the first 1 kg

  • Other States: ₹120 for the first 1 kg

  • Free Shipping: May apply to select products or orders above a specific value (as mentioned on the Website)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s tracking page or by contacting our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will raise a query with the courier partner.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Once an order is shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Bulk & International Shipping

Currently, we focus on domestic deliveries within India.
For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us directly for coordination and delivery timelines.
International shipping may be handled upon request, with customs duties and taxes borne by the buyer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve or replace the order as quickly as possible.
