At Samaran Vanigam<\/strong>, we value our customers and stand by the quality of every natural and traditional product we offer. Each item is prepared with care and authenticity, following our Tamil traditional methods. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below for a smooth and transparent experience.<\/p>

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/h5>

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery<\/strong>.
Products must be unused, undamaged<\/strong>, and in their original packaging<\/strong> with all tags and accessories intact.
Items that are used, broken, or altered<\/strong> after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
As our products are natural and traditionally prepared<\/strong> (such as cold-pressed oils, native rice, or handcrafted items), slight variations in texture, aroma, or color<\/strong> are normal and not considered defects.
For hygiene and safety reasons<\/strong>, opened or used food items cannot be returned.<\/p>

2. Return Process<\/h5>

To request a return:

Share clear photos or an unboxing video<\/strong> of the product to help us validate your request.
Once your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions.<\/p>

If the return is due to an error on our part<\/strong> (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, the return shipping charges<\/strong> must be covered by the customer.<\/p>

3. Refund Policy<\/h5>

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect<\/strong> the returned product.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7\u201310 business days<\/strong>.
Shipping fees are non-refundable<\/strong>, unless the return is due to an error from Samaran Vanigam<\/strong>.<\/p>

4. Exchange Policy<\/h5>

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective products<\/strong>.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> with clear photos and\/or an unboxing video<\/strong>.
After verification, we\u2019ll arrange a free replacement<\/strong>.<\/p>
