Orders can be cancelled only if requested immediately after placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Orders for natural or handcrafted products (like cold-pressed oils, native rice varieties, or traditional handmade items) cannot be cancelled once preparation or dispatch has started. However, if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will gladly review the issue and arrange for a refund or replacement.<\/p>
